Do you provide child seats?
No. Customers must provide and fit any child seat or booster they require. All seats must be declared in the quote request because they reduce passenger and luggage space.
How many passengers can travel?
For airport and longer journeys, the normal practical maximum is three adults, or two adults with two children, subject to luggage and child-seat requirements.
How much luggage can I bring?
Capacity depends on the number of passengers and the exact size of every item. Large cases, pushchairs, mobility aids and other bulky items must be declared before confirmation.
Can I book an airport collection?
Yes. Provide the airport, terminal, flight number, landing time, passengers and luggage so the collection can be planned properly.
How do I receive a price?
Submit the quotation form with the complete journey details. EA Executive will review availability, route, timing, passenger capacity and any external charges before responding.
Is the quotation request a confirmed booking?
No. A booking is confirmed only after EA Executive accepts the journey, agrees the price, receives any required payment and issues written confirmation.
Can I change a confirmed booking?
Contact EA Executive as soon as possible. Changes remain subject to availability and may require a revised quotation.
Do you offer card payments and receipts?
Payment instructions are provided with the quotation or booking confirmation. Receipts and business invoices are available.
