Booking Terms
These terms apply to passenger journeys booked directly with EA Executive. Please read them together with your written quotation or booking confirmation, which may contain journey-specific information.
1. Quotations and booking confirmation
A quotation request does not create a booking. A journey is confirmed only when EA Executive accepts the request, agrees the price and journey details, and sends written confirmation. Any payment or deposit requirement will be stated before confirmation.
2. Information you provide
Please provide accurate pickup and destination details, date and time, passenger numbers, luggage, child seats, flight information and any mobility or special items. EA Executive may decline or revise a quotation if the information supplied is incomplete or materially changes.
3. Passenger and luggage capacity
The Tesla Model 3 is licensed for up to four passengers, but practical limits apply for comfort and luggage. For longer journeys the normal maximum is three adults, or two adults with two children, subject to luggage and child-seat requirements. All large or unusual items must be declared before confirmation.
4. Child seats and accessibility
EA Executive does not provide child seats or booster seats. Customers must bring and fit any restraint they require. The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible; folded mobility equipment may be carried only where it fits safely.
5. Pickup, waiting and delays
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time. Airport parking, waiting time, tolls or other external charges will be handled as stated in the quotation or booking confirmation. Traffic, road closures, weather and other events outside reasonable control can affect journey times.
6. Changes to a booking
Changes are subject to availability. A different pickup, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage requirement or itinerary may require a revised quotation. Please request changes as early as possible.
7. Passenger conduct and vehicle care
Passengers must behave safely and respectfully and follow lawful safety instructions. Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Excessive contamination or customer-caused damage may result in reasonable cleaning, repair or evidenced vehicle-downtime charges in accordance with the Vehicle Care & Conduct policy.
8. Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy and any journey-specific cancellation terms stated before booking confirmation.
9. Lost property
Reasonable efforts will be made to identify and return property found in the vehicle. Collection or return arrangements may be agreed with the owner. EA Executive cannot guarantee recovery of items left behind.
10. Complaints
Complaints can be made by email or telephone. Full information about acknowledgement, investigation and escalation is available on the Complaints page.
11. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under UK law.
12. Cancellation
You can withdraw a quotation request at any time before written booking confirmation. For confirmed journeys, any cancellation charge or no-show term that applies will be stated in the written quotation or booking confirmation before you agree to book. EA Executive will not introduce an undisclosed cancellation fee after confirmation. If EA Executive has to cancel a confirmed journey, you will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and any payment received specifically for a journey that cannot be provided will be refunded unless an alternative arrangement is agreed.
