These are general working guidelines. Actual suitcase dimensions and unusually shaped items can change what fits safely.
Items that must be declared
Declare all large or extra-large suitcases, child seats, pushchairs, folding wheelchairs, mobility aids, golf clubs, sports equipment and other bulky items when requesting a quotation. Photographs or measurements may be requested where capacity is uncertain.
Accessibility and child travel
The vehicle is not wheelchair accessible and cannot carry an occupied wheelchair. A folding mobility aid may be accepted if it fits safely. EA Executive does not provide child seats or booster seats; customers must bring and fit their own.
