EA Executive

Before You Travel

Passenger, luggage, airport and booking information to check before requesting or taking a journey.

Before you request a quotation

Accurate information helps EA Executive confirm whether the journey can be completed safely, comfortably and at the quoted price.

Passenger capacity

For airport and longer journeys, the normal maximum is three adults, or two adults and two children, subject to luggage and child-seat requirements.

Luggage

Declare every cabin, medium and large suitcase, plus pushchairs, mobility aids, sports equipment and other bulky items.

Child seats

EA Executive does not provide child seats or boosters. Customers must bring and fit their own suitable restraint.

Airport collections

Provide the correct airport, terminal, flight number, scheduled landing time and passenger mobile number.

Waiting and delays

The quotation or confirmation will explain any included waiting and how additional parking or waiting is handled.

Pets

Pets must be declared before booking. Acceptance depends on the animal, suitable restraint or carrier and vehicle-cleaning considerations.

Food, drinks and smoking

Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Food and open drinks may be restricted to protect the vehicle.

Payments and changes

Payment instructions are confirmed in writing. Booking changes remain subject to availability and may change the price.

Lost property

Contact EA Executive promptly with your journey details and a description of the item. Collection or return is arranged where possible.

Conduct and vehicle care

Passengers must behave safely and respectfully. Reasonable cleaning or repair costs caused by damage or contamination may be charged.

Important

A quotation request is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation requires acceptance of the journey and price, any required payment and written confirmation from EA Executive.
